Fontegrafica, a special Italian printer winning every year international awards. Customers are coming from different countries and market sectors. Nevertheless fashion, cosmethic and design markets are the most keen on the particular added value that Fontegrafica can give to its product. The mission of the company is to add emotions to the tools of modern communication, involving all the senses - not only sight – of the end user. The knowledge coming from continuous experimentation has allowed Fontegrafica product to become immediately recognizable.Main tanks: reorganization of sales force and sales activities, developing of export market and business strategies; improvement of customer loyalty and knowledge towards Fontegrafica.

Main tasks: market investigations, search and evaluation of new distribution channels, monitoring, creation and improvement of the product mix, data analysis, advertising and promotion, trainings on products and production process, presentations to sales force, merchants and their customers, designers and end users. Business strategy requires a particular attention to creation, positioning, development and promotion of product portfolio as well as to the re-positioning and possible widening of the existing range. The image and the promotion of the group need particular coordination abilities as the company exports around 70% of the production to over eighty countries. Part of my job is devoted to the integration of the two firms.
