An outside sales position, responsible for contacting merchants, owners and/or office managers of various size businesses with the intent to sell and convert these businesses to FrontStream Payments’ state of the art credit card processing systems and/or other services (including ACH programs, cash advances, ATM set up, eCommerce & mobile processing solutions). Responsibilities include making cold calls (by phone & in person), following up on leads, activating dormant accounts, as well as project and account management, utilizing the proprietary databases used by Frontstream Payments, reporting and meeting quotas.

Identify key sales agents and healthcare providers and initiate, develop and maintain lasting relationships for the purpose of network development within a defined territory with an emphasis on product knowledge, productivity, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills while maintaining high personal and professional conduct.Claims research projects, appeal status inquiries, monitor and tracking service issues, fee schedule and contract analysis, ensure provider demographic information is loaded timely and accurately, utilize software systems to provide reports on activities, constant support of other territory managers required.
