Service Creation - Demand Management
CurrentSupport MKTG & Digital business managers in defining the concepts and detailed requirements of the offer and products; govern the end-to-end Service Creation process, involving the various affected functions and managing the planning of releases, in concert with the internal factories and all the actors involved; agree with the parties involved the prioritization and trade-off actions between projects, in order to achive business objectives; o ensure, in agreement with the AFC function and the other functions involved, that the projects reach the development stage having passed the necessary approval gates, also with reference to the approval of the investments necessary for their development.
