I founded Aliro Healthcare to solve the enormous talent crisis facing healthcare today. Our platform takes an outdated, expensive, and inefficient approach to talent management and turns it on its head. Aliro’s powerful healthcare talent sourcing community delivers a holistic, network-driven approach to engaging talent and filling jobs faster. By putting the 70% of healthcare talent that is not actively looking at job boards and career sites within reach, Aliro is fundamentally changing healthcare organizations’ ability to compete for the talent they need.I take pride in having secured our Series A funding from Sterling Partners in early 2022 — a time when acquiring private equity support was rare. With their backing, we continue to scale our business to meet demand while growing our product and team.

The Military Connected Community (MilConn) is a nonprofit that’s designed to help veterans find jobs. Leveraging the power of human connection with technology, MilConn helps companies learn how to become both military friendly and military ready as they look to employ our country’s veterans.

An entrepreneur with a successful track record of building companies from the ground up, I founded Aliro to make it simple to connect people with employers. Leveraging our proprietary technology and the power of networks and referrals, Aliro bridges the gap of traditional talent management, connecting the right people with the right job by creating direct access to both.

I founded MedSearch to address a gap I observed in executive search practices, specifically in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. By developing long-term business relationships with clients based on trust and demonstrated performance, I was able to successfully recruit key executives, senior managers, and technical personnel in a highly competitive market, ultimately serving as an extension of my clients’ own management teams. With an industry-specific focus in healthcare and emphasis on quality of talent instead of quantity, not only was I able to grow MedSearch to profitability, I also made a real contribution to strengthening my clients’ management infrastructure, assuring a successful outcome for both the hiring company and the talent.
