I'm a graduate of mechanical engineering and currently employed as the design manager in the field of curtain wall industry.My engineering journey starts in 2014 at JSC STATICUS and since then I am having an ability to work and continuously grow with the most successful and professional people of facades industry. Each one that I met during that time taught me a lot and proved that nothing is impossible if you have a right goal and attitude. I started my personal growth as the Workshop Engineer. The position widely opened my eyes and allowed me to know what a real engineering is about. Mentors and teams that I was always surrounded by taught me how to express my minds and solutions to software's, emails, ERP systems, even explained me how to communicate internally and externally, showed me what is the VE (value engineering) and Lean are about, shared their experience about the design, fabrication and installation of stick facades, doors, windows, unitized facades, balustrades, various types of shadings and rain screens. All the practice, knowledge and hardworking mentioned above allowed me to become the Senior technical engineer. The role enhanced my critical thinking, focusing into details, time planning and tasks delegation skills. Position also showed me that the World has no borders. I worked with the contractors from Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom, managed internal and external teams from different locations in Europe. Had a chance to communicate with different suppliers in terms of technical questions. Always looked for the best solutions to meet the architectural visions.As the company became more flat ant agile I took an opportunity to become a Design manager. In this role I am fully responsible for project design coordination, resource planning, budget estimation and fulfillment, quality plan preparation and execution, validation of final details and submissions, team management and engagement.
