In this company I got acquainted with an even bigger network that served not only Lithuania but also Europe as a whole, including neighboring countries such as Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.I was charged with organizing smooth operation of the trucks and safe cargo transportation. There were often emergency and other types of situations which my team and I quickly and efficiently resolved. We prepared all the necessary documentation, coordinated decisions with the representatives from other countries and ensured the smooth operation of the trucking network.

I broadened my horizons by moving into the heavy machinery service area, where I also had to deal with repairs, parts supply, work organization, preparing documents and looking after sales. I was responsible for: preparing estimates, commercial offers to companies, and communication with current and future clients. I took care of the preparation of new trucks for sale, assembly and installation of any additional equipment at the customer's request. Everyday work required preparation of warranty and after-sales service reports.This company gave me the opportunity to improve my skills in sales, customer relationships, finding new clients.

In this workplace I got familiar with different cars, reasons for breakdowns, and repair features. In the course of this activity, I was given the job of a mechanic, and in addition to that I was responsible for communicating with clients, ordering spare parts and negotiating prices. The job also entailed concluding legal agreements with suppliers and preparing various documents relating to vehicle repairs.
