I started supporting the purchasing department, through order confirmation, follow up on deliveries, routing pickups and passing information on the order status to internal requesters. I expanded my knowledgement and started working on entering invoices (of product and service) and issuing invoices (of repair and industrialization). I also invoiced sales orders (kits) and opened service orders. I was responsible for analyzing purchase orders with the invoices, in order to identify possible discrepancies and inform the purchasing department in a timely manner. In addition, I carried out product registration and provided support for the month's tax closing.

Responsible for supporting the sales team (representatives, telesales, supervision and coordination) by sending stock, releasing and entering orders, carrying out SAC negotiations and bonuses granted to customers, monitoring the unloading of products with to the logistics team and defining the weekly demand with the PCP and the sales supervisor in each region.
