Over the past three years I’ve freelanced for a mix of agencies, brands and startups. During this time I’ve been responsible for forming experience strategies and north star visions, facilitating client discovery and ideation workshops, performing UX research and testing, producing UX assets ready for design and development, building and mentoring teams, and overseeing the delivery of projects from start-to-finish.

Responsible for founding the experience design team (CX/UX) and product innovation practice for one of Australia’s most successful digital agencies, selling their capabilities to existing and prospective clients, and leading the delivery of all work.

Responsible for defining project activities and designing user experiences for key clients. Activities included stakeholder workshops and interviews, surveys, archetype definition, journey mapping, information architecture, card sorting, user flows, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.

At Digital Eskimo I began my transition from developer to experience architect. Being a boutique agency, I was responsible for everything from client and project management through to executing human centered design activities and delivering UX assets ready for production.
