My responsibilities include developing a new training program for a new central business office and 300+ Hearing Care Centers throughout the United States indicating what is involved in creating and submitting a clean health insurance claim producing payment with one claim submission. The training program incorporates standard operating procedures and step by step instructions relating to the medical billing software utilized by Connect Hearing.I also schedule and present this training program through webinars, classroom, and one on one sessions. Each session is customized to meet the specific needs of the audience.

As a Medical Billing Business Manager, our first priority is optimizing payment from insurance companies and patients for our clients. Our experience in medical billing combined with excellent communication with physician offices, has created a review process identifying conditions causing denials before the claim is ever sent to the insurance company. We are able to obtain the information needed to correct the denial condition and submit to the insurance company electronically.
