Coordinator with IT & REM to ensure that the relocation of employees goes Flawless. Gather the IT data for the particular business unit. Present all data to different teams. Coordinate the Physical move. Control Hardware Assets and Facilitate Recovery from Employee Terminations for roughly 3000 employees. Equipment Procurement and Specification Gathering for Special Non-Standard Hardware.Support the CBW retail stores 24/7. Support 7 stores out of 22. Was the backup for the other 15 stores. Replaced Desktop /Printers/ scanners/Credit Card readers/. Also trouble shot problems with certain applications. Special CBT Events Project Management (Reds Fest/Pioneer event / Walk in talk / WEBN fireworks/ Tall Stacks). Would provide the IT support that was needed to allow employees to sell CBT products at events.
