Current• Implement software releases in Non-Production and Production environments.• Monitor the health of all server environments.• Investigate all reported or discovered issues impacting the servers and remediate.• Provide application/server support on a 24/7 basis.• Responsible for the overall build and deployment work for the implementation of software releases for client-facing products.• Create runbooks, implementation guides/details, and detailed deployment plans.• Conduct post implementation testing and certifications.• Coordinate projects with developers, management, support, and outside vendors to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of software hotfixes and builds.• Track trouble reports and resolution. Maintain build servers and software release libraries.• Train team of engineers and management to ensure continuous coverage at all times for maintenance and support.Notable Achievements: Instrumental in successful system upgrades/migrations, including Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008. Spearheaded development and implementation of internal website that enables developers and management to dynamically view log files of release environments, optimizing accuracy in troubleshooting and problem resolution by permitting access to logs through a simple web browser regardless of platform .
