Managed daily operations of a $30M engineering research lab – supervised 8 employees in support of 2200 students, 50 researchers, 27 engineering courses, 9 design teams, and $35M of annual research. Responsible for all aspects of safety, training, tool-control, maintenance, manufacturing and procurement programs. Directed 7 different junior/senior engineering courses; headed 5 design teams and 12 research projects as the principal technical advisor. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:● Directed laboratory safety program overhaul, earning numerous team and personal awards.
