• Responsible for global rapid-response forensic engineering of combat-damaged aircraft. Lead the DoD’s only Joint Combat Assessment Team and managed the deployment of 10 individuals to remote locations to provide.
• Managed & coordinated the duties of 110+ engineers – ensured 100% of members were properly trained and equipped to support short-notice engineering tasks.
• Achieved 100% on-time completion for all unit military affairs, including: global deployments, training, performance reports, and awards.

Wright-Patterson AFB - Dayton, OH

• Directed government operations worldwide for a $1B engineering upgrade project. Lead 8-person multi-disciplined team to develop, test, produce, install, & maintain a new radar system for more than 200 F-15 aircraft.KEY.
• Improved radar reliability by more than 12x. Increased Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) from ~10hrs to over 120hrs.
• Directed the development of a revolutionary $90M maintenance contract, increasing continuous availability of all aircraft to 99.5% (a 1.5x improvement).
