Co-chair of a 40+ member team of attorneys at Post & Schell, focusing on catastrophic and complex litigation, commercial and auto liability, events, recreation and entertainment claims, and products liability. As an experienced trial lawyer and certified mediator, I represent individuals, small businesses, resort and entertainment providers, manufacturers and multi-national corporations sued for damages. I am the founder and leader of the Firm's Liquor Liability practice group, and regularly speak and present on developments in all areas of civil law that can impact my clients. I regularly take on pro bono assignments for folks who cannot afford legal help with criminal and family matters, and received an award from the First Judicial Court of Philadelphia for helping individuals negotiate ways to stay in their homes when faced with family emergencies and financial hardship. When not working, I coach, ski, travel to F1 races and watch any form of hoops I can find.
