Current• Awards: Builder of the Quarter (Q2, Q4 2022)• Simultaneously manage the construction of 10+ units from development through final construction while maintaining 90% customer satisfaction scores• Organize, coordinate, and schedule trades to ensure homes are completed on schedule and within budget • Facilitate meetings with homebuyers during pre-construction, pre-drywall, and homebuyer introductions to maintain strong customer relationships• Mentor new hire builders and provide best practices to ensure successful integration into the organization • Provide creative solutions to resolve labor and material shortages • Collaborate with a team of 6 builders to streamline production within the community while ensuring high quality builds• Create punch lists based off detailed quality assessments and follow up with trades accordingly • Monitor trades for compliancy to OSHA safety standards and record any safety infractions • Utilize software, similar to BuildPro, to coordinate trades, pay invoices and create purchase orders• Serve as First Responder for OSHA inspections taking place within the city • Confirm the community’s stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) is compliant with the EPA guidelines• Conduct weekly phone calls with homebuyers to address questions and provide progress updates
