This “out of the box” strategy gained private equity funding, banking partners, and dealer clientele to grow the portfolio in 2 1/2 years from $0 to $180M with revenues of $15M.My expertise in Marketing and Sales, Auto Finance and Credit, Forecasting and Risk Management, Operations and Budgeting enabled company out performance in the development, commercialization and launch of new products, programs, and processes.Leading a team of 85, I drove innovative programs, gained immediate acceptance in the dealer community and rapidly grew the client base to 100+ dealer groups representing over 400 dealerships nationwide. I oversaw the creation and validation of proprietary custom scoring models resulting in lower loan and portfolio losses than the marketplace, as well as installed a unique application process that allowed us to operate at 6x the efficiency of our competitors.I value above all the collaboration of a highly focused and motivated core group of executives who collectively pursue and achieve success for the organization. Leveraging past relationships and experience, I brought onboard all executive officers: CFO, CCO, CRO, CIO, EVP of Sales, EVP of Collections and Servicing.
