About Robert Bashaw
Currently Director of Information Technology and Facilities Manager at LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. Honored in September 2014 as the first "Employee of the Month" and Honored once again in September 2015 as the first "Employee of the Year". In March of 2015 I was nominated for the Vice-Chair position for the I.T. Council of the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO) and in June 2015 was voted in as the Vice-Chair. In June 2016 I became the Chair of the I.T. Council for the Association of Organ Procurement Organization (AOPO). I also volunteered my time as current Cub Master at Pack 365 and have a participation of 49, 6-11 year old boys in my pack that learn core values from 2014 - 2017. I went on to form a new Boy Scout Troop 365 for older boys of 11-18 years and to instill in them the importance of good values needed to succeed as a model citizen. These values can be found in the Scout Oath and Laws. In addition to these honors, have been a Reserve Deputy for Canadian County Sheriff's Office. I continue to enhance my skills as a leader using tools like Studer Group & Table Group.I have been in the field of information technology since 1990. Prior to obtaining my current position in 2011. I worked for the State of Oklahoma (Network Administrator), Hertz Data Center (Network Administrator), Cox Communication (Technical Service Rep II) and Computers Plus, Inc (President/CEO).
