With over two decades at the helm of leading companies, my journey as a technologist and entrepreneur has been marked by a commitment to innovation and excellence across multiple industries.I began my career at Applied Materials, Inc., the largest manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment globally. From 1992 to 1997, I held various roles, ranging from final test to field service management.In 1997, I joined Applied Science and Technology, Inc. as the Manager of Customer Applications and global Fab Sales, further honing my skills in customer relationship management and applications support.In 2001, I founded Semiconductor Support Services, Inc. (SSS Co.), a company dedicated to refurbishing legacy semiconductor manufacturing equipment. For over twenty years, SSS Co. has grown steadily, now occupying 25,000 square feet of manufacturing and operations space in Austin, Texas. My core competencies lie in navigating the complexities of semiconductor manufacturing and equipping factories globally with refurbished, high-quality equipment.In 2010, I founded Plasmability with the goal of spreading technology from the semiconductor sector to other industries. At Plasmability Inc., I have harnessed my expertise in semiconductors and electronics to lead the production of CVD diamond manufacturing equipment and processes, crucial for both jewelry and industrial applications.In 2020, I founded Clarity Diamond, where I have led the company with a vision for innovation in the diamond industry. Our mission at Clarity Diamond resonates with my value of sustainable excellence and my goal to keep us at the forefront of the diamond tech field.I am passionate about innovation and excellence. I continually strive to support the evolving needs of our clients and the industry at large.
