Using iGrafx and Business Process Modeling and Notation, I modified an existing process model to fit the needs of a client, then worked with the team to prepare a presentation based on our findings.

erecruit is a tech startup that makes enterprise staffing software in Boston. While there, I was the main contact for nearly half of the company's major clients. I managed expectations, coordinated bug fixes and feature requests with the developers, and created custom reports for clients using SQL and SSRS. The job sent me across the country to client sites where golives and training took place, and there was lots of QA testing that needed to be done at all hours. It was a great balance of client relationship management during the daytime and tech work on the nights and weekends.
