I held the position of Managing Partner from 2005 to 2023, spanning 18 years, and prior to that led the Firm's Business Trial Practice Group. Before these management roles, I worked as a litigator and trial attorney, specializing in complex civil litigation matters. These included class actions related to false advertising and unfair competition claims under California's Unfair Competition Law. My primary expertise lies in the financial institution/mortgage industries, with substantial experience in bankruptcy-related litigation and accounting malpractice cases.
