Deployment of IT components including new workstations, printers, CAT6 and fiber data contractors, edge switch procurement, IDF reconfigurations, POS hardware and menu roll outs, VOIP phones, etc. Successful coordination of multiple stakeholders including 3rd party venue management companies, construction teams, casino management and IT teams. Venue openings included a new massive 700 employee day club pool, 300 employee KAOS Night club, Bobby Flay 200 seat Sushi restaurant, a new 1 Michelin star dim sum restaurant Tim Ho Wan, 30% expansion of the Palms slot floor and a new Palace Station high limit slot, table, cage and bar area.

01/16 - 10/18 - IT Infrastructure Project/Program Manager - Caesars Entertainment Corporation - Las Vegas, NV. 20,000 user environment, across 50 resorts nationwide. I was responsibe for training all new infrastructure PMs and 1/3 of all Infrastructure projects. I completed 50+ infrastructure projects in three years working with the Network, WinTel and Cybersecurity departments. I managed cell phone reception DAS deployments and WiFi system upgrades at all properties. I completed the enterprise inbound Internet/outbound stack and DMZ upgrade, a Microsoft Office 365 deployment, Skype for business instant message rollout and an ExtraHop network packet / application monitoring solution deployment. An entirely new cybersecurity design was produced and deployed to move from a single internet egress point to a dual internet egress design. I completed a major overhaul of the outbound internet stack that increased internet throughput 20 fold. This also added several layers of redundancy which was all critical to the IT road map of moving from an on-prem to cloud apps strategy allowing us to downsize our internal IT support staff size and provide a lower, more consistent monthly IT expense to the business.

Virtual desktop deployment was selected as a remediation strategy requiring increased network bandwidth and so 600 new Cisco 9508, 9316 & 3650 VLAN switches were installed. 10 Gbps fiber optic interconnect and 1 Gbps access layer upgrades were installed. Management of wiring contractors, network engineers and architects, rack designs, LAN drop mapping and executive reporting. Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel utilization.
