With numerous years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a results-oriented and customer-focused leader who oversees the Medicare sales operations for Amur Health Advisors, a fast-growing and innovative health care company. I leverage my strong background in sales management, field and telephonic sales, and insurance products to provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and quality service for our clients and partners. My mission is to help seniors access affordable and comprehensive health care solutions that meet their needs and preferences. As a former Aviator and now retired Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of technical and interpersonal skills to my role. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, PCP offices, and other Veterans across the Southeast Region, where I am responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration. I also mentor and coach a team of talented and diverse agents, empowering them to achieve their sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experience. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of our Medicare population, and I am always looking for new ways to enhance our sales processes, products, and partnerships.
