The focus of this position is to manage all prospective student data and for undergraduate, graduate, and accelerated degree students to Mississippi College as well as ensuring that the department of Enrollment Services uses technology to be as efficient as possible.The Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for the maintenance of Goldmine and other related data systems. He will be responsible for training all employees that need access to GoldMine on how to use the system correctly. He will work with the Banner DBA to ensure that the GoldMine to Banner Bridge is working properly at all times and updated when needed. He will manage the programming of the communication flow plan in GoldMine. He will provide reports in a timely manner when asked to do so. He will provide expertise to assist users in articulating needs and clearly communicating technical solutions to address such needs. They will also provide computer support for activities designed to contact prospects, applicants, and other constituents to Mississippi College.The Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for managing all online applications. He must keep applications updated and compliant with all rules and regulations as it relates to information that is being collected. The Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with the undergraduate, graduate, ADP, and Financial Aid offices to ensure that their processes are as efficient as possible. He will make recommendations and help implement new processes that will save time and make these offices more streamlined.The Director of Enterprise Applications is responsible for the professional management of the personnel that make up the Data and Technology team.The Director of Enterprise Applications should recognize their function is one of critical importance to the overall operation of the recruitment areas and the financial aid office within enrollment services.

The Coordinator of Data & Technology will be responsible for the maintenance of Goldmine and other related data systems. They will also provide computer support for activities designed to contact prospects, applicants, and other constituents to Mississippi College.The Coordinator of Data & Technology should recognize that their function is one of critical importance to the overall operation of the admissions and recruitment areas of Enrollment Services. He will be responsible for hiring, managing and overall operations of the data entry staff and center. He/she should be knowledgeable of the recruitment guidelines developed by the following organizations: NABEP (National Association of Baptist Enrollment Professionals); NACAC (National Association of College Admissions Counselors); and NCAA Division III.

Assist in SACS reaccreditation efforts by overseeing the administration of the Dataliant Compliance Assist website.Train and assist respondents with Compliance Assist software.Respond to various information requests regarding the SACS audit.

Manage the Office of Christian Development, Coordinate Chapel, Coordinate the NOBTS Extension Center on campus, and assist with all technological needs of our SACS Accreditation Process.Research, recommend, and implement software for the department of Christian Development.Manage Chapel scanning and reporting attendance to the Registrar.Maintain efficient flow of business for my department.
