Analyzing Slovenian companies which took part in Slovenian privatization process, proposing in which companies to invest to raise portfolio.Main activities and responsibilities:* Set up system for evaluating of companies which were sold through privatization process,* Ranked all analyzed companies which were sold on auctions upon several criteria, what helped quick and efficient decisions on auctions,* Actively participated in purchasing of companies which were sold in the privatization process by government agency to investment funds,* Actively participated in increasement of the equity stake in companies which were interesting for funds MERCATA, d.d, and MERCATA 1, d.d., which were managed by the INTARA DZU, d.o.o., managing company,* Actively participated in selling negotiations of equity stakes owned by PID MERCATA, d.d., and MERCATA 1, d.d.,* Actively participated in process of collecting vouchers with which the shareholders had right to purchase shares of the investment funds.
