Current• Oversee all financial operations including general accounting, budgeting, cash forecasting, and preparation of financial statements and reports.• Manage all accounting operations including billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, G/L, cash receipts from multiple sources, subscription revenue recognition, and commissions. • Manage cash management and forecasting, accounting for company’s investments, management of business general liability insurance coverages and the respective relationships. • Partner with business leaders to consult on opportunities that enable business growth. • Ensure that all key human resource functions are well managed including: Payroll Administration, Compensation, Benefits Administration and annual review process, Regulatory Compliance, Facilities Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, and Employee Relations.
