Coordinate the overall management of requisitioning, receipt, storage, issue, security, and disposal of Defense Intelligence Agency –Southwest Asia (DIA-SWA) assets. Coordinate the transfer of inventory between multiple warehouses, supply centers, and local vendors. Replace personnel equipment as requested and forward used products to CONUS Replacement Center. Ensure accountability and security of all weapons, ammunition, parts, supplies, and phones/communications equipment. Control documentation of all shipments, issuance, and receipt of weapons and ammunition to authorized personnel. Maintain and operate material handling equipment (MHE) and trucks (up to 10k forklift and 5-ton flat bed).  Improved inventory cost controls similar to JIT procedures through the Creation of an Equipment Ordering program (EOQ) to better manage stock levels, eliminate excess inventory, and improve cash flow.

Provided critical information and documentation on a variety of Department of Defense (DOD) assets at petroleum gas sites in the Midwest and on the East Coast. Coordinated site visits and inspections with DOD representatives.Prepared documentation verifying authenticity of asset identification via serial numbers and barcodes of assets and correcting serial numbers and barcode labels for each site. Supplied final reports for future government audits.

Guided all facets of a $60M warehousing and distribution operation for the tactical equipment, supplies and materials supporting training programs and the headquarters units. Charged with oversight of inventory management and control, documentation, procurement, and distribution of assets. Oversaw maintenance and servicing of all equipment. Coordinated the shipping and receiving of IT hardware and software; ensured all local and international laws and customs were being followed. Maintained database of requisition quotes and orders.  Recognized with cash bonus for creating a Microsoft Access database for logistics to track government and contractor purchased equipment and supplies saving thousands of dollars on inventory management software.  Newly implemented database saved millions of dollars on contract tracing and auditing compliance. Managed all requisitions for U.S. Presidential Air Force One and Two, as well as foreign diplomats and Air Force and Navy organizations assigned to Andrews Air Force Base. Approved requisitions of $60M; oversaw control of 53,000 inventory items. Maintained over 3000 Adjusted Stock Levels (ASL) and Readiness Base Leveling (RBL) assigned by Air Mobility Command and Andrews organizations. Hosted training classes for the 113th Washington, D.C. Air National Guard and 459th Washington, D.C. Air Force Reserve assigned to Andrews Air Force Base.  Recovered $70M in misplaced shipments through utilization and management of the Military Standard Transportation and Movement Procedures (MILSTAMP) program. A $59M company providing logistics, warehousing, materiel support, and fuel distribution to global clients.

Charged with maintaining records and updating requisition status for all NASA Consolidated Space Operations Contracts at Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops, VA; Johnson Space Center, Houston TX; Goddard Space Center, Greenbelt, MD and Madrid Flight Center, Madrid, Spain.  Developed and implemented a system for tracking customer service complaints and problems, which helped in the guideline process for ISO 9000 certification. Collaborated with management on procedural changes and procedures; performing analyses of all customer complaints or problems.  Played key role in trouble shooting workstations operating with Windows NT.
