My career focus has primarily been within the A/E/C industry. Working at leading A/E/C firms such as Ebasco, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, Fluor, Earth Tech (now AECOM), Southwest Water Company and others, I have served in Senior and C-Suite Finance and Operational roles. I have a deep and broad experience within A/E/C across all functional areas. The track record that I have is on operational, business development, financial and strategic planning measures that result in operational improvements, performance/profit enhancement and revenue growth. Turnarounds are a particular focus of mine. Implementing new forecasting and budgeting systems and processes and creating a synergy between engineers, sales and finance to drive revenue and profit growth has been a particular focus. Integrating acquisitions and working on M&A is particularly needed at this time within the A/E/C industry and that experience has been gained across several firms.In recent CFO roles, I have provided strategic insight and planning to grow the firms, introduced new financial, organizational, and process innovations, and managed relationships with key stakeholders.
