About Robert Blohm

I am passionate about improving the way organization’s leverage and optimize their SPM/ICM technologies. I enjoy helping clients think through best practices to build the framework for their SPM program by offering an agnostic, advisory approach with best practice solutions. Sales Performance Management (SPM), and more specifically the tools companies are using to manage their programs, are constantly evolving. Challenges arise when an organization’s integrated infrastructure is not working correctly or is not optimized to meet their unique and growing business demands. These challenges have profound impacts on an organization’s success. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to work in the space since the first SPM solutions started coming to market. This exposure gave me the ability to work with organizations early on that were evaluating solution benefits and, in some cases, I was able to support solution deployments to help improve their operations. I learned early on in my career, working as a technical project manager on SPM/ICM deployments, what the specific challenges were that clients had and then implement an efficient solution. It was quite clear that organizations needed a better option than a spreadsheet. Throughout my career, I have stayed engaged at a more strategic level helping to provide guidance and support to organizations that are working to figure out how SPM/ICM platforms can be leveraged to meet their business needs. While I may not be involved in the day-to-day implementation of projects, I am committed to the success of my clients meeting their business needs. To keep balance in my life, I try and stay active in Austin, TX and I am always looking for new places to take my family on camping trips. My kids are young, so it is still fun!
