Centraal Portfolio Management Office Manager. Het cPMO team (6 personen) is verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van de HFB strategie naar de portfolio van strategische initiatieven, de opvolging van de portfolio incl mgmt dashboard, portfolio-, programma- en project-methodologie, -tools en -templates en fungeert als een Center of Excellence op deze domeinen. Tevens nemen we de project delivery rol (PM) van een deel van onze transversale initiatieven op.

Main activities:- Deploy and manage the corporate Portfolio (100 mjn €)- Ad interim lead of cPMO (4 FTE during 6 months)- Coach junior (c)PMO colleagues- Tailor, integrate and adopt PM² project and programme methodology and Agile (Scrum and SAFe)- Develop a change methodology (start in september 2021)- Preside the Programme Manager community- Support PMOs and PMs as a CoE (Center of Excellence)

Activities during this 9 month period:- Setup of a PMO for both Transport directorates (5 to 10.000 FTE)- Develop an ideation, stage gating, Prince2 project and portfolio methodology- Define the portfolio for the following year incl. budget (22 mjn €)- Augment project (manager) maturity

Activities: evaluate and advise the top PMOs from around the globe in order to choose the Global PMO of the year in collaboration with other seasoned PMO judges

Main activities:• Manage public contract for ICT PMO tooling• Follow-up realisation of its implementation• Manage its change by coaching PMs in the chosen methodology and tooling• Manage a project migrating an old application for the commission for the exemption from contributions
