• Supervised and scheduled ten Crew Chiefs during the summer. Coached two pairs a week in their development as leaders over their assigned campers. Each pair of crew chiefs was responsible for a different ten to fourteen campers every two weeks. • Served as liaison to the Camp Director for my team, which included providing suggestions for programming, as well as assisting with problem resolution. I specifically left a multi-page system of how to start the job and ideas for activities for future Area Directors; so they would not have to start from ground zero every year.
