Tasks included project schedule management, identifying and tracking open issues, coordinating multiple vendors, and equipment punch listing. Successful installation of equipment in the active facility included a three level pick module, put walls and pack stations, decked storage rack, and almost 2 miles of conveyor and sortation equipment.Mid’s Pasta Sauce: Conducted facility and operations assessments to identify necessary steps to meet aggressive growth targets. Developed a detailed plan for the expansion of the existing production plant and a new dedicated distribution facility, including improved and streamlined processes and layouts.Hubbell: Mapped out process and equipment changes necessary to accommodate changes in order characteristics and service requirements driven by the addition of B2C business. Identified advantages and operational synergies resulting from combining two separate businesses into a single building. Developed layouts, budgets, and applicable levels of automation for independent and combined scenarios.Radial: Created a costing model to evaluate 3PL fulfillment proposals and provided recommendations to increase the competitiveness of Radial’s bid process. Developed a fulfillment network strategy plan, including targeted industries, seasonal pop up facilities, and new service and technology offerings.

APMEX: Conducted a facility and operations assessment to identify potential improvements. Streamlined the layout of the existing facility by employing new equipment and improved processes to significantly increase both storage capacity and throughput for their high value, direct to consumer operation.Express: Solicited competitive bids from a list of qualified 3PL providers to assume Express’s growing ecommerce distribution operations. Managed the RFI process from document creation through evaluation of responses, resulting in provider recommendations based on capabilities, high-level budgetary estimates, and operational site visits.G&S Metal Products: Developed automation and system enhancements to improve storage capacity, inventory accuracy, and throughput. Created a phased implementation plan to transition from existing operations to a new building layout with automated processes in the same facility. Inno-Pak: Performed detailed data analysis of Inno-Pak’s business to determine the best option for blending two separate facilities into one operation. Determined facility size, operational processes, and equipment needed to accommodate an increase in sales volume of close to 200% over the next five years. Led RFP process for racking and mobile equipment, including vendor bid package preparation, evaluation, and final vendor recommendations.Marmot: Developed facility design and operating model for a Greenfield, multi-brand, West Coast distribution center. Performed data analysis, developed equipment and process flow concepts, sized the facility to accommodate for several years of growth projections, and created facility layout AutoCAD drawings.

Monitor and oversee the company's inventory through a program of cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
