Responsible for the design, deployment, and administration of complex computer systems for mid-market and large organizations. Specific technology solutions implemented and supported included Microsoft Active Directory, Windows and Novell Server administration, Microsoft Exchange, desktop management/administration, end-point protection, back-office application support, data backup and recovery services. Client support and contract engagements for World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. Phoenix Home Life Insurance, Travelers, Cigna, Aetna, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

During my tenure in these roles, I was employed by several Connecticut based system and network integrators, including Greenwich Technology Partners, Alpine Computer Systems, Lincoln Computer Services, and Vanstar Corp. My responsibilities included the design, implementation, and support of both Microsoft and Novell platforms, including project management of network, server, and workstation deployments. Client support and contract engagements for Sempra Energy, Time Warner, ESPN, A.C.E.S, DCC, Fine Host Services, and Aetna.
