Using my experience with quantitative analysis, I develop and maintain methodology to ensure the highest data quality for NPD’s consumer survey and point of sale (POS) datasets. I serve as the primary Research Science contact for North America (CA/US) Hardlines and Entertainment verticals, including Consumer Technology, Toys, Juvenile Products, Small Appliances, Housewares, Office Supplies, Auto, Video, and Mobile Phones. I meet with internal and external clients to present methodology overviews and investigate ad-hoc data issues.

Performed custom survey research and analyzed the results to craft a story from the data. At Kelton, I worked with key clients from multiple industries, such as Bloomingdale's, GE, Amazon, and others, using advanced quantitative methods.

Assisted all steps of quantitative and qualitative market research efforts -- from research design to data analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. This included the implementation of programmatic satisfaction surveys, UX research, regression model development, and monitoring web analytics.

Provided data analysis for Voice of the Customer (VOC) survey research data and assisted with the production of visual presentations.

Assisted with the execution of the Annual Survey of Schools of Nursing. For this, I designed and implemented procedures to merge, organize, label, clean and analyze primary quantitative research data using SPSS. I also prepared visual presentations for reports, publications, and the NLN DataView site.
