2020 is here and getting off to a great start - Board Reviews, Conference Keynotes and Master Classes logging in. The focus this year will be on consolidating the client base across Aust into NZ and maximising contribution globally, particularly Asia - how best to democratise the unique Board Accord discourse around raising awareness of Good Corporate Governance and optimising Individual and Cohort capacity to maximise Financial, Social and Environmental Capital and outcomes. 2018 was an exceptional Year and 2019 is already looking good. The Edge of my client collaboration will be integrating the MetaCapital Discourse and Framework into all client engagements enabling the Review process to unwrap Purpose, Risk, Strategy, Cognitive and Emotional bias, and the measurement, communication and amplification of outcomes and Impact.Highlights were international engagements -• Delivered Masters Classes for the Singapore Institute of Directors – ‘Dealing with Difficult Directors’ and ‘Boardroom Evaluation – If not Why not?’• Appointed to the panel overseeing the production of the SID Board Guide and attended 6 panel discussion sessions in Singapore and subsequently sat on the onstage panel for the official launch.• Appointed to facilitate the first comprehensive externally led review of the SID (20 member) Council in 2017. (The TTS Review will follow the same protocol as the SID Review.)• Following the success of the Council Review, SID has appointed me faculty member to co-design and deliver a mandated unit (Board Dynamics and Effectiveness) as part of a SID Professional Development Program each quarter in 2018/19.• Delivered a keynote – ‘How Can the Board Disrupt the Disruption?’ - for the Thai Institute of Directors Annual Conference in BKK in 2017.• Delivered Master Classes for the Indian Institute of Directors - ‘Boardroom Communication and Effectiveness’.• Appointed by the Indian Institute of Director (IOD) to be their Australian Honorary Country Director for 2018 -2020.* Invited to become a FELLOW of SID.
