As Director of Operations at Healing Dialogue and Action, I’ll be leading efforts to strengthen our organizational infrastructure and operational strategies. With extensive experience in non-profit management, including my previous role as Assistant Executive Director and Grants Manager, I’m now focused on expanding our strategic partnerships and maximizing our impact in the community.My passion for addressing community health challenges and criminal justice reform is rooted in both practical and academic foundations. I’m a Certified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Practitioner, accredited by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP), and hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Currently, I’m also completing my Master of Social Work (MSW) to deepen my expertise in social impact work in May 2025.At Healing Dialogue and Action, I oversee operational planning, grant management, and relationship-building with funders, all with the goal of fostering healing and restorative justice in underserved communities. I’m eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals to exchange ideas and create lasting change.
