    Priority Tire is an rapidly growing E Commerce tire sales and distribution business, selling and delivering directly to end user customers as well as wholesale B2B. As Operations Manager for their Jacksonville, Florida Distribution Center, I was responsible for overseeing all areas of operations to insure that they ran as efficiently as possible and that all aspects of the operation were achieving production standards, accuracy, accountability, and corporate expectations. Areas of operations included, but were not limited to, managing teams for processing e-commerce orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and the company websites (Both direct to consumer and BSB websites) for delivery using Fed-Ex, LTL, and company delivery vans, receiving of inventory from manufacturers, both national and international, quality control, delivery driver routing and scheduling, inventory control, and payroll and personnel management. I was also project manager for relocating the facility, local change over of warehouse management software and retraining of all employees to use the new program, and standing up the local, last mile, in person delivery service projects in addition to my other duties. While managing these projects, I maintained full operations of the business, with zero down time, and completed the projects within the time allotted. This involved running multiple projects and teams out of multiple locations during the duration of the move.

During that time I Identified distribution center needs for the company retail stores and warehouses and assist in coordinating inter-company transfers between those facilities. I analyzed store sales to identify min-max needs for stores within Florida and Georgia for the company so that they could meet the needs of customers. When needed I assisted the Area Manager in inventory, accountability, and operations for other retail stores and distribution centers within the company.
