Priority Tire is an rapidly growing E Commerce tire sales and distribution business, selling and delivering directly to end user customers as well as wholesale B2B. As Operations Manager for their Jacksonville, Florida Distribution Center, I was responsible for overseeing all areas of operations to insure that they ran as efficiently as possible and that all aspects of the operation were achieving production standards, accuracy, accountability, and corporate expectations. Areas of operations included, but were not limited to, managing teams for processing e-commerce orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and the company websites (Both direct to consumer and BSB websites) for delivery using Fed-Ex, LTL, and company delivery vans, receiving of inventory from manufacturers, both national and international, quality control, delivery driver routing and scheduling, inventory control, and payroll and personnel management. I was also project manager for relocating the facility, local change over of warehouse management software and retraining of all employees to use the new program, and standing up the local, last mile, in person delivery service projects in addition to my other duties. While managing these projects, I maintained full operations of the business, with zero down time, and completed the projects within the time allotted. This involved running multiple projects and teams out of multiple locations during the duration of the move.

Tire Super Center was an up and coming corporation that established operations throughout the entire United States. While working for Tire Super Center I worked in multiple positions, as Branch Manager and as Operations Manager of Logistics. I was with the company from the beginning and I helped to designed, layout, and implement operational procedures for the company in regards to supply and logistics operations. I opened up the first warehouse for the company and helped open 3 additional warehouses as they grew. I oversaw all operations for my location, which was a retail tire store for individual customers and a distribution center for wholesale customers as well as all other store locations in the Southeastern US. I also assisted with operations for the other retail and distribution centers, when needed. My job entailed areas of operations including retail sales, customer service, logistics, collections, account management, shipping, receiving, and inventory accountability. While working with Tire Super Center I also oversaw Supply Chain Operations for the South Eastern United States, coordinated inbound containers from ports in Miami, Jacksonville, and Savannah to the Jacksonville and Atlanta Distribution Centers. During that time I Identified distribution center needs for the company retail stores and warehouses and assist in coordinating inter-company transfers between those facilities. I analyzed store sales to identify min-max needs for stores within Florida and Georgia for the company so that they could meet the needs of customers. When needed I assisted the Area Manager in inventory, accountability, and operations for other retail stores and distribution centers within the company.

PDU/CAT is an Ecommerce trophy and awards parts company that manufactures, sells, and distributes worldwide. As Branch Operations Manager for Plastic Dress Up Company I was responsible for all aspects of operations for my location and ecommerce operations for my region. My duties included, but were not limited to, cycle counting, BIN counts, inventory adjustments, direct shipping operations for the southeastern United States and all countries south of the U.S. mainland. I Directed receiving operations and new inventory placements as well as disposal of discontinued products. I was also responsible for working with customers to take and fill their orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.During my employment with PDU, PDU was bought out by Continental Awards and Trophy (CAT), I was project manager in the merging of product lines within my location.

While working for Seabreeze I was responsible for opening and maintaining accounts. This involved B2B sales involving cold calling, collections, order processing, customer service (both face to face and over the phone), problem solving, and communicating between the customer and the company while maintaining the high standards that Seabreeze Food Service demanded for its customers.

I oversaw all aspects of the retail operations including but not limited to sales, inventory, food service/deli operations, food and product ordering, vendor check in, daily sales paperwork processing, bank deposits, receiving, onboarding, training, inventory and scheduling.

I assisted the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the operations including but not limited to retail sales, inventory, receiving, onboarding, training, food safety, team building, scheduling, labor management, food cost management, and customer service. Also while working at Sonic I was a training manager and traveled around to new locations to train new crews in Sonic policies, procedures, and operations.

I Served as the Supply Non-commissioned Officer responsible for the request, receipt, issue, and accountability of individual, organizational, installation, and expendable supplies and equipment; assists in property accountability through the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system, ensuring total accuracy; I ensured critical assets were on hand or ordered; I monitored all sensitive items and unit inventories; I initiated Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL); accounts for the health, personal welfare, and training of three to ten Soldiers and I was directly responsible for $60 million worth of organizational equipment. assists. I advised the Executive Officer and Company Commander in all areas of logistical operations and needs at both the company and battalion level; I directed supply personnel in establishing supply and inventory control management.

While in the Army Reserve from 1992-1997, I also worked for FDOC. I managed the daily preparations, inventory control, and serving of meals to 2500 inmates 3 times a day. This included controlling recipe measurements, cooking of different meals over an 8 week menu, clean up after all meals, and control and supervise inmates in food service operations.
