Relocated the German tour operator accounting and finance processes to Switzerland and Holland. The relocation involved the closing down of the accounting and financial management department requiring assessing the local situation, and building a trusted realtionship with the team to close down their department. Parallel implemented a reporting cycle during the handover period and switch to have monthly business and financial control. The project involved in addition the management of a tax audit of the German books with a substantial cash impact, the transfer of the trademarks and a full substantion of the shareprice earn-out with the former management / shareholders.

All focussed to get back into a better cash flow base.We managed to get the German operations back in control. Simultanously the Company sold to Prodware France and the post merger integration successfully executed.

Euronext fund acquired via several reversed take overs (ex Newconomy), full reconstruction of and clean-up of the financial accounts. Impairment tested of the NPV business case. Audit proof preparation of the IFRS annual statements 2010 and 2011.No work performed in the Inverko deal.

Assisted the Board and CEO in the deal modeling. Provided a helping and guiding hand in the preparation of the IFRS based financial statements (audit trials), the accounting of IFRS business combinations and consolidation. E-Data room management and SPA support. This project required extensive traveling and multi-location presentations in the Middle-East.

Preparation and development business cases, and presentations capex and financing requests to the UK Board of Britsch Vita Plc.To execute the mutually agreed UK / Benelux strategy, I became responsible - as the counterpart of the CEO- for all financial, legal and tax affairs related to a major restructuring. This included managing several factory di-vestments, closures and re-locations, resulting in 3 core factories in the Benelux, with a strong competitive and margin base.
