• Managed and directed sales and strategies for business retention as they applied to ING’s top national institutional customers (those with over $150 million in assets under management). • Responsibilities included managing customer satisfaction and support teams for National Accounts, directing Regional Managers in the execution of business plans and coordinating with Product and Pricing Units to enhance profitability of current and new business. • Registered Principle for ING Financial Advisers, LLC, with Series 7 and Series 24 Securities Licenses.

Directed the State Government Affairs operations in the 15 Southeastern States and the District of Columbia.• Responsibilities included coordination of business and regulatory strategies at the state and local levels, crisis management, and hiring and managing of outside counsel.• Managed resolution of regulatory issues, filing of product authorizations, and development of regulations impacting the business units.

Responsible for daily operations as well as implementation of the Attorney General’s platform. • Supervised a staff of approximately 200 including 50 attorneys, investigators, human resources professionals, accountants, and support staff and managed the office budget of approximately $10 million.• Appointed Special Assistant United States Attorney.

• Supervised a staff of 80 including 30 prosecutors. • Managed daily administrative operations and directed prosecution of criminal matters. • As Assistant District Attorney from 1989 to 1991, prosecuted general criminal offenses and supervised the Drug Prosecution Unit.
