Managing and consulting for the needs of commercial and homeowner association properties.

Through contacting current customers for their property needs by conducting analysis, creating presentation material with recommendations to improve the environment we sold and managed the installation of enhancement landscape projects for our varied commercial clients in the Chicago suburban area. These included a hospital system's group of properties, local area banks, distribution centers, warehouses, office buildings,and libraries among others.

This business plan was to assist start up companies with their customer service and relationship management with monitoring properties health through proactive proposals and presentation to their client base. I assisted with programs and procedures to drive sales, pricing and profitability, execution of contracted services, design, proposal generation that included the selling of enhancement projects as well as to prospect for new contracting opportunities for growth.

In managing a territory base of maintenance customers we also estimated, proposed and sold add on services for a variety of client types in and around the city of Chicago and near South suburbs. Responsibilities included developing multi-year maintenance contracts, property analysis, design, proposal generation, presentations to managers or owners of the properties, and managing and supervising the installation project by working with operations, inter-office staff and ownership.

We managed a book of contracted landscape services in the Chicago North, West and South suburbs. In working for some of the larger property management firms in Chicago such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, and the Trammell Crow Company, we executed and proactively managed contracted services to insure the health of each property within our responsibility.
