* Responsible for the due diligence and analysis of institutional grade real estate assets for various institutional real estate funds on a quarterly basis*Complete full and restricted appraisals on various asset classes on a quarterly basis*Analyze market information, budgets and historical operating statements to project near and long term revenues/expenses* Review participating mortgage models and the valuation of the underlying collateral*Assist junior staff members in the valuation and appraisal review process.*Interact regularly with senior personnel, asset managers, valuation staff and 3rd party appraisers.* Utilize Argus and Dyna software as well as Excel for property valuation and analysis.
