Managed unit readiness program, including mobility, logistics, ancillary training, deployment processing, Air Expeditionary Forces planning, and validation. Coordinated with operational support squadron to validate and fill deployment taskings. Ensured 600-plus personnel were properly trained and equipped. Prepared and briefed SORTS reports for commander. Ensured 20 logistics cargo and personnel UTC were maintained and in deployable configuration (with status posted in ART). Worked directly with wing SORTS and DRRS program managers to create monthly reports for MAJCOM leadership and assist FAM with readiness reporting for mission requirements.Aerospace Ground Equipment Craftsman, 1993-2009. Developed and maintained unit’s daily personnel accountability report for 83 members. Trained and instructed subordinates and support units on aerospace ground equipment use and servicing. Maintained hydraulic test stands, gas-turbine generators, diesel generators, pneumatic systems, air-conditioning systems, universal maintenance stands, and self-generating nitrogen systems. Serviced electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and microprocessor controls. Supervised 21 personnel. Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGE. Inspected, tested, and operated AGE to determine overall equipment serviceability and operation.
