Responsible for all aspects of running a small business including marketing of services to potential clients, retention of clients, pricing of services, billing and collections.

Transaction Advisory Services- Performed transaction related services to clients in the following industries: network installation, manufacturing, engineering, construction, environmental services (government and commercial), software, real estate and oil filed services.- Transactions services provided include: financial and operational due diligence, valuation analysis, deal structuring, negotiation support and integration consulting.- Worked closely with clients, lawyers, investment bankers, lenders and investors in all aspects of the acquisition process. - Managed numerous due diligence teams. - Worked with firm partners in preparing and presenting proposals for new business.- Experience with transactions.

Responsibilities included:- Identifying potential acquisitions.- Analyzing potential acquisitions to determine financial condition, potential purchase price and sources and uses of capital. - Modeling of potential acquisitions on a stand-alone basis and on a consolidated basis (current companies + potential acquisitions) to determine internal rate of return.- Performing due diligence of potential acquisitions.- Raising additional debt and equity from institutions with and without the assistance of investment bankers.- Daily cash management of 15 bank accounts and a line of credit.- Investment research and tracking of certain publicly traded companies.- Participation in board of director meetings.- Directing the preparation of annual budgets for seven operating subsidiaries and parent company. - Analysis of capital expenditures related to operations.

- Clients included international banks, insurance companies, real estate companies and finance companies.- Performed due diligence work and prepared investor guides for a $750 million and $1 billion dollar loan portfolio.- Prepared cash flow models to help client’s decision making process.- Reviewed and analyzed loans of an international bank.- Responsible for preparing presentations concerned with derivative risk management information and structured finance transactions.
