Director Compensation Benefits
Current• Oversee a team of qualified professionals to design, process, implement, and administer all national Compensation and Benefits programs• Establish, consolidate, review, and administer Compensation programs including base salary, annual cash incentive plans, and long-term incentive programs including the Equity Program• Monitor and administer statutory and non-statutory health and welfare, leave of absence, and retirement programs, as well as other benefits and perquisites as required based on local practice• Work with C-suite Executives and the Board Compensation Committee to oversee, define policy and procedures, administer and report on executive salary levels, bonus plan design, Equity Program design and levels and all other relevant programs• Work closely with HR management to implement and communicate all pay-related programs and activities• Responsible for the overall design and use of internal systems, policies and procedures to effectively administer employee and pay-related data and communications
