Director Compensation Benefits
Current- Oversee a team of qualified professionals to design, process, implement, and administer all national Compensation and Benefits programs
- Establish, consolidate, review, and administer Compensation programs including base salary, annual cash incentive plans, and long-term incentive programs including the Equity Program
- Monitor and administer statutory and non-statutory health and welfare, leave of absence, and retirement programs, as well as other benefits and perquisites as required based on local practice
- Work with C-suite Executives and the Board Compensation Committee to oversee, define policy and procedures, administer and report on executive salary levels, bonus plan design, Equity Program design and levels and all.
- Work closely with HR management to implement and communicate all pay-related programs and activities
- Responsible for the overall design and use of internal systems, policies and procedures to effectively administer employee and pay-related data and communications
