• Effectively manage the quality assurance department ensuring compliance with all ISO: 9001 2015 standard requirements. This includes the management of the quality lab and all measuring equipment on site including tool calibration. • Oversee the shipping department including processing all outgoing shipments, both domestic and international, as well as receiving incoming material and shipments. • Conduct 1st piece inspections, final audits, and FAIRS. Leading a diverse team, we have doubled occupancy in just over the year I have been here. The property is nearly breaking even now, up from a significant operating deficiency; I am training the next group of employees to excel here.

This Madison Height’s Property Management Company represents several international inventors. Their portfolio consists of about 550 residential properties; 400 of these were occupied rental units when I started, and the remaining 150 were being remodeled. I have been involved in the rehabilitation process of about 75 of these in the time that I have been here. So now there are about 75 more properties with new tenants, and only 75 left to renovate.I work with prospective tenants, showing rental houses, assisting with paperwork, and screening applicants, continuous development of paperwork and processes for new applicants. I manage 5 crews on properties in all phases of the renovation process and complete 3 houses per week. I help screen and hire, define projects, monitor progress & see them through completion, then shoot final pictures/video walk-through of completed houses; and finally, meet with city inspectors. I am also responsible for ensuring goals are met, workers comply with building codes, and houses pass city inspections.

I was part of a team of skilled model makers working on a wide variety of projects. My focus was primarily architectural models. Other project types included models for use as courtroom exhibits, and product development models. The Model Shop’s production capabilities ranged from exhibit or display quality models to sketch or development models.Here I applied a systematic and creative approach to problem solving. This work blended artistic abilities and an extreme sensitivity to detail for compositions. I enjoyed this work very much, was dedicated, and very proud of my efforts as a part of this team.
