I functioned as the Studio Director for the beta launch and monetization of Adventure Roll, the first and only fully immersive virtual tabletop for D&D 5e. My responsibilities included setting technical, commercial, and strategic direction for the product and studio, managing all studio to ensure product delivery on time and budget, building and maintain our community, fundraising and investor relations, selling game development consulting contracts to other indie game studios, and recruiting over 30 game developers, designers, character artists, environmental artists, and animators in 6 different countries.

I created an automated industry credit reporting agency that allowed industrial credit professionals to exchange real-time credit information on a shared customer base. The result was a more precise credit reporting system that enabled industry participants to improve decision making and reduce loss. I assembled a group of competitors from industry that allowed us to integrate into their accounting systems for the purpose of confidentially reporting their data among the group. I successfully raised seed round of financing, built and ran a pilot with a regional credit agency and national credit bureau.

Dominion Multimedia Inc. was a distributor of computer products to resellers and independent retailers across Canada. My responsibilities as Co-Founder and President encompassed all senior management and operational tasks associated with effectively establishing and growing the company from a start-up to $20 million in sales within 5 years.
