I was primarily responsible for the development, testing, and documentation of STR Software's UNIX and Windows based software. During this period I not only served as the primary architect and developer of flagship AventX products, but also led a team of software developers, quality assurance analysts, and interns to produce enterprise-grade software for a global customer base. My team and I completely redefined the software development procedures and policies at STR Software and created awesome software that when surveyed, customers indicate that they would purchase again.I travelled domestically and internationally in support of sales, implementing products, and generally being put on the spot to solve the problem du jour. I was consistently called in to resolve complex support problems and assist with assessing technology unfamiliar to STR Software.In addition to my technical duties, I served as the company evangelist.
