These have included major suits by the EPA and state regulatory authorities.Bob has served as National Coordinating Counsel for former asbestos fireproofing manufacturers, an asbestos-containing gasket manufacturer and distributor, as well as Corporate National Counsel for a leading ceiling tile manufacturer in asbestos personal injury, and property damage litigation in over 200,000 cases., handling or supervising asbestos cases in 39 states, the District of Columbia, and Bermuda, and has tried to juries asbestos property damage cases, in state and federal courts, in Maryland, West Virginia, Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Illinois.In addition, since his appointment by the United States Bankruptcy Court,District of Minnesota, in 2007, Bob has served as Trustee of the API, Inc. Asbestos Settlement Trust.
