The single defining quality I knew about myself even as a child, was that I loved arbitrage opportunities. I realized at age eleven I could make hefty profits when I purchased a rare mint condition vintage Star Wars action figure (Luke Skywalker in Stormtrooper Disguise) for 25 cents at a yard sale and immediately sold it for 300 dollars. I live in Prosper, Texas with my wife and three children. Due to my hard work of earning an academic scholarship, I received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Investment Finance from University of Southern California (USC). After graduating college, I worked in the financial services industry for nearly ten years as an investment advisor, asset manager, and compliance officer. During those years, I learned the value of attention to detail and providing outstanding customer service. As an investment advisor, it was my job to know all the different types of investment vehicles that a client can utilize, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, financial derivatives, annuities, life insurance, precious metals, and even crypto currency. However, it was not until I sold my first home that I learned owning real estate was by far, the superior investment compared to other investment types based on its historical performance. It was then I decided to leave the financial services industry and I became a full-time real estate professional. I recognized and appreciated the trust my clients placed in me, striving continually to exceed client expectations by providing the highest quality of service and outstanding results.
