Robert B. Stewart became a partner at Smith, Spires & Peddy, P.C. in 2007. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1994 and to the State Bar of Mississippi in 1996. Rob graduated in 1991 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. Thereafter, in 1994 he graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Rob served as a Senior Editor on the Law and Psychology Review, was elected as the President of the International Law Society and was inducted into the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.Specialties: Upon admission to the Alabama Bar in 1994, Rob has practiced primarily in the areas of insurance defense litigation, products liability, industrial accidents, trucking litigation, construction litigation and commercial litigation.The Alabama Rules of Professional Responsibility require the following statement: “No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other attorneys.”
