Also secured market offers in area for 3,400 acres of land with 300 million tons of limestone reserves. As acting “Director of Real Estate,” evaluated portfolio resale or reuse, leased 500+ acres of "buffer" farmland to active limestone quarries, and derived surplus asset value used in Heidelberg/Lehigh Hanson’s acquisition of Essroc Italcementi in 2016. For a regional warehouse distribution facility owner and two Fortune 500 clients, analyzed long term viability of high cube” industrial real estate market in the I-81 and I-95 corridors through NY, NJ, PA, MD, WV and VA.For Fortune 2000 companies, evaluated major projects for market and financial feasibility, as well as prepared them for market. Owners include Exxon Mobil, Pfizer and DuPont Chemours. Transactions resulting from this work encompasses over 1,000 acres of prime industrial land currently being developed for logistics campuses in the NYC and Chicago Metropolitan Markets. For AECOM, I created and led the Northeast division of the national practice, with an additional focus centered on Brownfields and Corporate Property Reuse and redevelopment nationwide. I directed financial and market review for North American Realty Advisory Services. The $3.5 billion in projects for North American concerned the optimal adaptive-reuse of corporate and public sector land and building assets, derived by researching markets nationwide, analyzing development opportunities, formulating financial models, structuring transactions and evaluating their risk/reward potential. For clients, generated hundreds of millions in proceeds from dispositions, and realized tens of millions of dollars in environmental remediation savings, from over two hundred "Brownfield" sites located throughout North America. In addition, I structured facility consolidations for three chemical company’s northeast regional operations.
