Reported to the Group COO with responsibility for Operations and Customer Service across Regus’ rapidly expanding network of c. 2,600 business centres in over 100 countries. 500 new centres opened in 2015. Key achievements include:- Improved Net Promoter Score measure of customer satisfaction by over 25 pts.- Embedded customer service culture reducing complaints by 1% whilst business grew 25%.- Reduced centre operating costs globally by 12% through implementation of a standard operating model.

My wife and I left our jobs to take a sabbatical with our children.After much planning, preparation, training and a good dose of courage, we sailed from UK to the Caribbean and back again. Home educating our own children is one of the hardest things to do, but the perspective and confidence our voyages have given them and us are amazing.

Reported to CEO as Group Strategy Director and took on role as Director of IT Planning.- Completed turnaround of Avis Europe leading to purchase by US-based Avis Budget Group. Turnaround saw PBT nearly double vs 2007 to €74M despite revenue declining 8% to €1,200M.- Defined strategic direction with CEO after financial crisis, refining this in response to commoditisation of market with clear goal to create an organisation able to differentiate Avis.- Worked with new Group CIO to implement single pan-European IT function.
