Key achievements include:- Improved Net Promoter Score measure of customer satisfaction by over 25 pts.- Embedded customer service culture reducing complaints by 1% whilst business grew 25%.- Reduced centre operating costs globally by 12% through implementation of a standard operating model.

My wife and I left our jobs to take a sabbatical with our children.After much planning, preparation, training and a good dose of courage, we sailed from UK to the Caribbean and back again.
